PropertyNerd provides an automatic listing service to agencies that list properties on their own website. The listing service automatically detects new and changed listings from your website and updates the PropertyNerd database with the additions or changes.
In addition the PropertyNerd listing service automatically uploads your property photos to the PropertyNerd site, giving your agency an advantage over other properties which usually only have 1 photo or street view.
If you want to join the automatic listing service please
PropertyNerd provides a “feature property” service to real estate agencies. Our most popular pages are the individual property profiles. We get over 10,000 hits per month on these pages. Whenever a user examines a particular type of property from a particular locality your “feature property” appears in the ad margin. For example if a user is looking at a 2 BR apartment in Bondi and you also have a 2 BR apartment in Bondi listed then your most recent feature property will automatically appear in the ad margin. Clicking on the feature property takes the user away from his present page and to the profile or other advertisement for your property for every week you have booked.
Only one agency is permitted per location and property type. For example if another agency already has a booking on 2 BR apartments in Bondi for next week but there is a vacancy for 2 BR houses, you can still book for 2 BR houses in Bondi.

Agents Trade Assault And Death Threat Allegations
Two competing Melbourne-area agents had an altercation at an appraisal.
Mr Suneet Kumar
Stockdale & Leggo
Mr Vikram Pal
Ace Real Estate
According to a witness, Mr Kumar was finishing up an appraisal in Laverton and was out front of the property, which is valued at about $700,000.
At that point Mr Pal parked his vehicle in front of Mr Kumar's.
Mr Pal got out of his vehicle and approached Mr Kumar, accusing him of trying to steal clients.
According to the witness:
"The accused then grabbed the victim by the collar, raised a clenched fist over his shoulder and said ‘I will kill you, you don’t know how powerful I am’.
"The victim then told the accused to step back and leave him alone."
Mr Kumar reported the incident to the Altona North police station.
In an interview, Mr Pal denied doing anything wrong. He said he did not in fact grab Mr Kumar by the shirt and tie, or call him "a mother---er."
Then Mr Kumar posted on Facebook that Mr Pal "could not handle competition and chose this as an easy solution to shut me down.”
Mr Pal in turn claimed the Facebook post was defamatory and filed civil proceedings against Mr Kumar accordingly with the County Court.
At about that time Mr Kumar applied for an intervention order restraining Mr Pal from contact.
Neither the criminal proceeding against Mr Pal or the civil proceeding against Mr Kumar ever made it to court.
Due to inconsistencies in the evidence, police dropped the criminal charges against Pal.
The application for intervention order was scheduled to be heard the same day, but was withdrawn by Mr Kumar.
Before the defamation action came to trial, Mr Pal and Mr Kumar settled for a sum that remains undisclosed.
At that point Mr Kumar published a retraction of his Facebook post, but did not apologise.
